This service normally takes an hour or so, for ease you can drop your denture in to us at our Glasgow Denture Clinic or Prestwick Denture Clinic and pick up later that same day at your convenience.
Our Glasgow Clinic is only a 15 minute drive from the city centre and close to both the railway station and a regular bus route. Our Ayrshire Clinic is located in Prestwick at The Art Of Dentistry which offers great transport links.

Aftercare is an important element to your overall treatment. We pride ourselves on this. Follow-up appointments are scheduled for all patients. This is where we can discuss any issues you may be having with your new denture and also to check your gums remain healthy.
There is always a settling in phase to any denture, often times an adjustment, or several are required to achieve optimal comfort. We will work with you through this settling in phase, for some patients it can be a challenge, but working together we can eliminate any issues that arise.

The time required to make a new denture will vary depending on the type of treatment you choose. In most cases, a new denture takes approximately 4–6 weeks from your initial consultation to final fitting.
More complex treatments, such as implant-retained dentures, may take several months as the dental implants need time to integrate with the jawbone before the denture can be completed.
You may benefit from new dentures if your current dentures feel loose, cause sore spots, make eating difficult, or no longer provide the appearance you want.
Changes in the shape of your gums and jawbone occur naturally over time, which can affect the fit of your dentures. A denture assessment can determine whether an adjustment, reline or replacement is the most suitable option.
